Our Lawn Installation division is our most experienced. Operated by Jerry Orsini for over 25 years, we provide lawn installations on a commercial and residential level. The key to Jerry's success is the extreme care and efficiency of his prepping technique. Using a power rake mounted on the back of a tractor, every square inch of the job is carefully prepped. The lawn is then sprayed with the hydo-seeder. The slurry that is sprayed is simply a mixture of grass seed, fertilizer, and recycled newspaper. A little green dye is added as a sort of pre-growth special effect.

Although most of our lawn installations are hydro-seeded, we do install sod for jobs that require instantaneous results.
